Click on the Login button on the right side of the blue bar above and log in using your UFV Username and Password (the same used to log in to the UFV computers).
UFV Roombooking Portal promotes the efficiency of self-service by bringing booking requests, master calendaring, and real-time schedules to the Web.
This portal should be used to request space within the University for ad-hoc room bookings. Please do not use this system for requesting changes to timetabled courses. After submission users will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the submission and another when the request has been processed. Requests will not be accepted via the phone unless the event is to be scheduled within 24 hours.

Please note: Due to a software upgrade the room booking portal will be unavailable from Saturday, November 8 to Wednesday, November 12. You will not be able to book a room, and we will not be able to do it for you. All requests must be made through the portal prior to Saturday, November 8 or must wait until Wednesday, November 12.
